Lordien Khosh - Director

Lordien Khosh is an experienced Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach with a range of extensive experience.

She has worked with various organisations in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, information technology, government, logistics, insurance, councils, manufacturing, construction, renewable energy and education.

Her clients include senior executives, change agents, key opinion Leaders, operational managers, HR professionals and teams across Australia as well as in Malaysia, India and New Zealand.

Lordien has specialist skills in performance coaching and in the design, development and facilitation of programs specifically around personal and cultural transformation, leadership, change management, communications, emotional Intelligence, and building high-performing teams.

She was part of a cultural transformation program (Breakout) which has been cited by Harvard University professor John Kotter as a Global Best Practice cultural program – linking culture to bottom line results and performance through a principles-based approach.

Her passion is developing potential and her belief is that in any operational area – whether it be individual, a team or an entire organisation – something works. By identifying and maximizing those elements that work, individuals and teams emerge inspired and with a greater clarity of purpose and tangible steps forward for progress and improvement.
